At Kybele Studio, each piece is lovingly handcrafted in small batches and carefully prepared before dispatch. We aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently, wherever you are.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
We fulfill orders through our European and UK fulfillment centers to ensure faster and reliable delivery.

All shipping services are provided through our logistics partners and our ecommerce platform Shopify.

These timeframes are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, or carrier delays that are outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union or the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Kybele Studio is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges incurred during import.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
To initiate a return, please contact hello@kybelestudio.com with your order number.
Returned items must be:
• unworn and unused
• in original condition
• in original packaging
• shipped back with a valid tracking number
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health protection regulations, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This policy ensures product safety and cannot be waived.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
